Meet The Chef
I am from Dax in France, a region in Les Landes. Almost born in a restaurant, my parents have been hotel and restaurant owners most of their lives. I started in the kitchen of my parents' restaurant at a very young age.
I studied cooking in the Ecole Hoteliere de Talence, the best culinary school in Bordeaux. My father wanted me to learn as much as I could in different establishments, therefore, I have worked in many great restaurants in different countries. My last employer was Cunard Cruise Lines, where I worked as a chef in the ship "Queen Elizabeth II".
My passion for cooking has never taken me away from the kitchen and now i would like to share with you my cooking.
